Given the time-sensitive and sacred nature of last rites, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Our team begins preparing your order immediately, ensuring every item is ready and respectfully packed for delivery.

Because our services are personalized and often delivered urgently, we are unable to offer refunds. We request you to double-check the order details—items, quantity, address, and contact number—before confirming.

Here’s what’s not eligible for cancellation or refund:

• Orders placed in error or without complete information

• Unavailability at the delivery location

• Change of mind after order confirmation

• Items that have already been packed or dispatched

However, if a duplicate payment was made, or there’s a genuine billing error, we’ll investigate and process a refund within 7 business days. Please share the transaction details with us via email.
